This private yoga class is a personalized 60-minute practice created specifically for you. Whether you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, improve mobility, release tension, deepen your practice, or simply take some time to slow down and reconnect with yourself, the session is adapted to your individual needs and experience.
Throughout the practice, I’ll guide you with instruction, adjustments, and variations so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.
The session can take place outdoors or at a location of your choice, creating a comfortable and supportive environment for your practice.
You can book the session individually or schedule it as a small group with friends, creating a more personal yoga experience together.
Pricing:
1 person: €100
2 people: €140 (€70 per person)
3 people: €165 (€55 per person)
